Our 20-hour smoked beef brisket is tender and juicy and everything you want from a brisket. Served on a Kings Hawaiian bun and slathered with our own homemade BBQ sauce. (Also available by the pound @ $22.50)
We slow-smoke our pulled pork onsite for 13 hours, then slather it in our homemade BBQ sauce and serve it on a rosette bun. (Also available by the pound @ $20)

Our nachos are really something to HOWL about! A scrumptious plate of tortilla chips covered in our own 13-hour smoked pulled pork or our 20-hour smoked brisket. Then we ladle our homemade BBQ sauce over the top and cover with baked beans, jalapeno peppers and creamy, zesty cheese sauce. If you’re looking for something to HOWL about, then order the nachos!
